Music License Disclaimer for "Not the Same Cloud"
The musical composition titled "Not the Same Cloud" (the “Composition”) is the exclusive property of Yoav Shemesh.
By purchasing the Composition, the purchaser (“Licensee”) is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license under the following strict conditions:

Scope of License:
The Licensee is permitted to use the Composition solely for live public performance purposes for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. -
Materials Provided:
Upon purchase, the Licensee receives:-
The music notation score of the Composition.

The electronic backing track of the Composition.
These materials are provided strictly for performance as-is.

Prohibited Actions:
Without separate, express written permission from Yoav Shemesh, the Licensee may not:-
Alter, modify, adapt, arrange, remix, or create derivative works based on the Composition, the score, or the electronic track.

Record, reproduce, copy, or distribute the Composition, the score, or the electronic track in any form (physical, digital, or otherwise) beyond what is necessary for a single live performance.

Synchronize the Composition or any of its parts with visual media (films, television, advertisements, online content, etc.).

Broadcast, stream, or transmit the Composition, the score, or the electronic track through radio, television, internet, or any digital platform.

Resell, sublicense, assign, lease, or otherwise transfer the provided materials or license rights to any third party.

Claim authorship, copyright, or ownership of the Composition, the score, or the electronic track.

Use the Composition or associated materials in a way that harms, disparages, or misrepresents Yoav Shemesh or the integrity of his work.

Revocation of License:
Notwithstanding the one-year license term, Yoav Shemesh reserves the right to revoke or terminate the Licensee’s right to use the Composition, the score, and/or the electronic track at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Yoav Shemesh, upon written notice to the Licensee.
Upon receipt of such notice, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Composition, the score, and the electronic track, and must not further perform, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of the materials. -
Term and Termination:
Without limiting the foregoing, the license granted automatically terminates at the end of one (1) year from the date of purchase, after which all rights revert fully to Yoav Shemesh. -
Ownership:
All copyrights, neighboring rights, and all other intellectual property rights in and to the Composition, the score, and the electronic track remain solely and exclusively owned by Yoav Shemesh.
Purchase does not grant any ownership or permanent rights beyond the limited, temporary permission described above. -
Reservation of Rights:
Yoav Shemesh reserves all rights not expressly granted under this license.
